Anglican Youthworks is seeking to appoint a Principal for Youthworks College following the appointment of the interim principal, the Rev Andrew Nixon, to be the Mission Director of Anglican Retirement Villages.

This strategically important position for the training of children’s and youth ministers for the Diocese of Sydney and beyond, requires a visionary educator with strong leadership ability, who has extensive experience and outstanding expertise in ministry to young people.

A high degree in theology is essential, as is an affinity for the Anglican Church in the Diocese of Sydney.

The successful applicant will stand firmly in the protestant, reformed and evangelical tradition.
